At the age of 8, he started Mimicry by imitating his teachers and relatives at home and slowly went ahead to imitate Celebrities, Cricketers, Political Leaders, Film personalities, poets, singers, animal sounds, Mechanical Sounds, Musical Instruments etc.,

Mesmirised by Mimicry Meastro Padmasri Dr. Nerella Venu Madhav in 1975 at the International Telugu Mahasabha, Hari determined to reach the peaks in the world of mimicry. Venu Madhav became his role-model inspiring him to learn the different aspects of mimicry and ventriloquism Mr. Kishan was a teacher of Mathematics and Physics at the All Saint's High School, Hyderabad. He quit his job and dedicated his whole time for Mimicry.

Mimicry Hari kishan worked as lecturer in Department of Mimicry in the Potti Sri Ramulu Telugu University, Hyderabad.

Mimicry is basically an art of entertainment. He gave over 10,000 shows from 1971 allover the world. He has established World Record in Mimicry on 24th March, 2000 by imitating 100 human voices in One Hour and awarded the title of "SATA KANTHA DHVANYANUKARANA DUREENA"

He gave scientific demonstrations in voice manipulation, frequency, pitch, variation, modulation, diction which matter a lot while performing. He recreates scenes from Jurassic Park and Anaconda, EVIL DEAD, Mecannas Gold, Mummy, Mummy Returns Etc., using his vocal chords and give you the feeling that you are watching one of Spielberg's greatest hits.
Being an Educationalist, he prefers to give a moral and new dimension to every aspect of presentation. And avid reader, Hari kishan constantly updates his knowledge bank on current affairs. Be it the sudden collapse of a government, Laloo's antics or the world Cup cricket match, he has his finger on the pulse. He is widely travelled and extolled in NRI circles in UAE, US and UK. He makes his audience always find him fresh and different with over 10,000 shows to his credit to date.

Spontaneity, Creativity, Instant imitation, Effective communication and presentation etc., are his highlights. With a lot of practice, training and dedication he reached the stage to be recognised by one and all. He presented in Eenadu Television a programme called "NAVVITE NAVARATNALU". And also he is presenting programme in FM Rain bow, a famous radio channel.

Srinivos is the first Indian mimic to perform ventriloquism and sound illusion. Srinivos has enthralled audiences all over India.He performed and entertained world wide including cities like Newyork,Newjercy,Philadelphia,Chicago,Springfield (IL), Pittsburgh,Washington D.C.,Atlanta,Huntsville,Sanfransisco, Sanjose,Berkely, Los angelese,Dullas, Houston,New orleans,London, Stoke on trent, Dubai, Sharjah,Bahrain, Kuwait,Riyadh, Dammam,Dar es salam,Arusha,Colombo,Walatgama, Singapore, Kualalumpur, Bagandatho, Kulim to name a few.

Srinivos created "Dhwanyavadhaanam", a unique feat in the world history of mimicry in the year 1990 and performed it first time in Tyagaraya gana Sabha auditorium in Hyderabad. He was awarded the title Dhwanyavadhaana Samrat.

He set a sensational world record by performing 32-hour nonstop mimicry show in 1990 at Tyagaraja Ganasabha auditorium in Hyderabad. It was organised by the Hyderabad Film & Cultural Circle under the Chairmanship of noted Telugu Novelist S.P.Chari. It was a very successful show. At least 50,000 spectators enjoyed that event. It was showed live on big screens outside the auditorium for those who were unable to enter in.

He is wellknown for his presentation skills and most importantly for his analysis of voices of various movie stars and popular figures, comparing how those voices changed from time to time. He always says the secret for his success is that he does not do different mimicry but does it differently. He inspired and taught mimicry and ventriloquism to many popular artists performing in Andhra Pradesh today. Srinivos is often considered as the successor to Dr Venumadhav. He made the art so popular that 'Mimicry' has become part of his name. Later many mimics in India followed the same trend by adding 'Mimicry' to their name.

His performances include 'Mimicry Jugalbandi' and 'Group Mimicry' and unbelievable items in ventriloquism like Voice Throwing, Sound Perspective, Sound in Liquid, Distant Ventriloquism, Caricature Illusion, Close-up Sound Illusion, Point-blank Sound Illusion, etc. He was hired by Indian Railways as a cultural representative and he currently works for South Central Railways, Hyderabad, India. He apprears very often in various Telugu television channels. Srinivos performs in English, Hindi, Urdu, Tamil and Telugu.

Padmasri Dr. Nerella Venu Madhav

Nerella Venu Madhav started his career in the year 1947 when he was 16 years old. He performs in English, Urdu, Hindi, Tamil and Telugu. He brought respect to the mimicry art form all over the world. He has toured all over the world several times to not only to entertain telugus but also foreigners. He is the only mimic in the world who performed in the United Nations Organisation, New York.

He has a wide range of imitations and has a vast breadth. He rose to popularity, coming from a village, imitating celebrities, politicians, local dialects, Nizams etc.

Among his students, popular ventriloquists like Mimicry Srinivos and Harikishen who were impressed by Venu Madhav, chose to nurture the craft.
